Products That Are Brand New:
1. If you open the packaging and/or use the product, the sale is final and the item can not be returned. Especially ANY fitness electronic products that specifically work with a particular machine. This includes ordering specific fitness electronic equipment in which you did not even open the package; since it is a special custom order. The only way to cancel a custom order, without penalty, is to immediately send us an e-mail at thestairway@my.com BEFORE the order is put into production. Once in production, the order can not be cancelled for any reason. We are open 7 days a week, so production usually starts within an hour of your order. Fitness electronics are also special orders which means they can not be returned, even by us to our vendor.
2. For all other merchandise that is not listed in term #1, if you receive the product and you ordered the wrong item, you can return it except for ANY electronic items. You are responsible for round-trip shipping and a 30% return item re-stock fee. Please call 877-288-0285 within 3 business days of receiving the unopened incorrect item for an RMA and return address.
Failure to call in 3 business days, will result in a final sale. Business days are Monday to Friday except major holidays.
3. Treadmill belts are non-refundable. They are brand new when sent with instructions in English. We recommend only service technicians install treadmill belts but they can also make errors as well, so we take no responsibility for incorrect treadmill belt installations. Even if the service technician makes an incorrect installation, he or she must provide you with a new belt. Improper installation is not the fault of us.
4. For used items, all sales are final unless noted in their item description.
5. Any item not covered in these Terms & Conditions, automatically result in a Final Sale.

All and any international sales are final. International orders never include any duties or customs that will be imposed on your order by your country. You pay these fees typically directly to the freight delivery or your broker with larger orders.
